Holdsworth Campagnolo rides again, the legendary seventies pairing are back together once again. The Holdsworth Super Professional is the first full-carbon race bike to wear the Holdsworth headtube badge and it's a pure thoroughbred. Handmade from multiple grades of Toray carbon fibre the Super Professional is built to last.
Frameset: Holdsworth Super Professional. A handmade monocoque chassis pairs a straight tracking, sub 400g fork with a carefully sculpted lightweight frame. Massively oversized box section chainstays are paired with an edge-to-edge PF30 bottom bracket shell to deliver maximum power transfer. An ovalized and oversized headtube provides massive support for rapid steering inputs so the Super Profesional tracks straight and true even in a bunch sprint.
Pedalling efficiency doesn't come at the cost of comfort and the Super Professional is built with multiple different fibre orientations in the rear triangle to maximize rider comfort through subtle vertical frame compliance. A braze-on front mech mount and electronic shift compatibility complete this race ready ride.
Groupset: Campagnolo Chorus 11-speed is packed with trickle-down technology and design choices from Campy's Super Record groupset. Ergopower shifters with carbon levers are capable of 3-upshifts and 5-downshifts at a flick of the wrist. Carbon fibre derailleur components trim excess weight and provide lasting performance, with the rear mech using a carbon fibre cage and front plate while the rest of the mech is made from carbon-infused thermopolymer. At 183g it's obvious that their weight reduction strategy pays serious dividends.
Campagnolo's mastery of industrial design is well known and their Chorus Skeleton brake callipers are no exception, incredible modulation, huge stopping power and remarkable good looks come as standard. A four arm carbon fibre chainset weights in at a svelte 683g and adds stiffness while saving weight. Add in their proven chains with NI-PTFE surface treatment and excellent lightweight cassettes and you have all the makings of the perfect race-ready groupset.
Wheelset: The Campagnolo Zonda is their best-selling medium profile wheelset. It's a magazine award winner that uses distinctively profiled rims and variable-section aero spokes to create a lightweight, low drag wheelset. Campagnolo's G3 spoke geometry on the rear wheel maximizes power transfer and stiffness by utilising a lacing that places twice as many spokes on the drive side of the hub. The results of the G3 system are truly extraordinary: better transfer of the driving torque, better lateral rigidity, reduction of the stress in the rear wheel spokes. Panaracer Race D Evo 3 folding tyres help you put the power to the ground and won't give up an inch of grip even in the wet.
The Holdsworth Super Professional Campagnolo ChorusTeam Edition bike is kitted out with a homegrown and Italian themed selection of finishing kit. Selcof's Omikron bars and stem are put together with their Supersoft Eolo bar tape and a Prologo Zero Tirox railed saddle complete the package.

It responds immediately to every rider input. In no time at all, you'll feel so in tune with you new Holdsworth race bike that you'll swear it was second-guessing your race tactics.
